Confirmed Service Customer
Most dysfunctional experience of my life! Was waiting in their customer area, which they were aware of but discovered later in the day they had sent me FOUR text messages??? Evidently interacting with their customers isn���t their idea of customer service! I had asked the first employee I met if they could���fix��� my automatic light control as I had recently been getting messages it was turned off. He assured me that was an easy fix. When I paid my bill I asked that person if he had taken care of it. He LAUGHED and said no he had forgotten about it, but didn���t think it was anything to worry about. Didn���t offer to check it. The real ���icing on the cake��� as they say was this morning received a sarcastic voicemail from Patty at Bergstrom stating I had MISSED my appointment last Friday??? This place definitely has issues!! I wouldn���t dream of ever returning.
