Product recall

Had to Serial Data Gateway Module recall. Got repaired in half the time it was scheduled to download. Very nice employees. Would definitely recommend the service department.

I was impressed by Luke and the service he provided. I had car troubles on the way to work, was able to leave with a rental in about 15 minutes total. I appreciate the text updates, including a video of the broken part by the service technician. All around, great experience during a stressful event.

It was easy to make an appointment, the service tech was very courteous, he understood my concerns with my car, explained the diagnostics and thoroughly went through costs before starting work. Service was completed ahead of the expected time.

From the moment I walked into the Showroom, everyone was welcoming and ready to assist. My Sales Advisor (Austin Gruss) first listed to what I was looking for and then worked with me to find something I would be happy with. When test driving the first vehicle, he had me take a route that covered all types of road conditions (highway, country roads, neighborhood and then part of the city). This was very clever as it allowed me to see how the car handled on various road types! I ended up purchasing a vehicle and the rest of the experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family and co-workers!

Car got checked in right away and knowing the car would be going into storage our technician suggested a fuel additive to to help get the car through winter. I was well informed of the progress and when the service was finished. I also appreciate the wifi, coffee and cookies. Thank you
