Fast service, friendly staff.

As always, the service was done correctly and timely. I am totally satisfied with the professional and courteous service provided by everyone at this dealership.

I had some "issues" with my car over the weekend that needed attention. It was on a Sunday, so I went online and made contact with a rep from Bergstrom. She took my information and when I contacted Bergstrom the next morning, they were able to get me a appt. that afternoon and, diagnosed the problem. When I decided to move-up my follow-up appt. because of potential bad weather, Bergstrom was very accommodating. Thank You Bergstrom

As someone who didn’t have to apply for finance, I payed cash, it would be nice if they would give some free oil changes, I know years ago they gave TV’s to customers. The salesman was great, everyone there was very helpful.
