I was very pleased with my overall experience. Quinn Ducey did an exceptional job at explaining our options as we navigated purchasing a new Chevy Trax. He was very thorough, friendly and accommodating to our questions and always gave us prompt feedback and information. We would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him in our near future.

Zack Larson sold us one of our vehicles in the past and during the last couple of weeks he worked with me on my new vehicle from Bergstrom. He was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

The oil change and tire rotation went fine. The problem is when I got back in my truck the touchscreen wasn���t working. I have to go back next week to figure out why.

Clean facility, was treated great, very warm and friendly people

As always, Bergstrom Chevrolet Middleton does amazing service work. Their service writers do a great job of communicating at every step in the process. The repair work is always done accurately as quickly as possible and they really do focus on customer service, not much more I can ask for in servicing my 2 chevy vehicles.

Replace a box sensor

Service at the quick oil change was excellent. The techs I dealt with were friendly and attentive. The guy that wrote the service up could have been friendlier but did his job adequately.
