Confirmed Service Customer
Took 90 min to get an oil change when there were two cars total there. Got the detailed report on my car after 15 minutes of being there but took another hour 15 to be done! Tread on tires were bad and told them I would like a quote on a few options…I asked for it when paying and he said he forgot. Customer service has gone down the drain over the last year and a half. I purchased the car there my last set of tires there and convinced my parents to get a truck there. Neither me or my parents will be back. Also left a voicemail for the service manager and never heard back. Atrocious experience
