Made appointment online which was good. Was able to drop off car night before which was preferred. Texted updates with questions about service decisions was appreciated. Would have made an even better impression if the Volt was plugged in and charging when I picked it up. Overall, I would be more positive about this dealership if there was more evidence of support and planning for electric vehicles.
