I had some "issues" with my car over the weekend that needed attention. It was on a Sunday, so I went online and made contact with a rep from Bergstrom. She took my information and when I contacted Bergstrom the next morning, they were able to get me a appt. that afternoon and, diagnosed the problem. When I decided to move-up my follow-up appt. because of potential bad weather, Bergstrom was very accommodating. Thank You Bergstrom
