Confirmed Service Customer
I dropped vehicle at 7:40 for oil chanfe, new front brakes, and check slow cranking while starting. Normally, I receive the vehicle inspection in aan hour or two. In this case it was mid-afternoon before a report was sent. Also, No call back after three left messages. This is not the customer service I have come to expect from Bergstrom.
