Confirmed Service Customer
I secured an appointment for a diagnostic assessment of my air conditioning system on a Wednesday morning at 10:45am. I had not heard anything from service by approx 330--so I called to find out how it was progressing. I was told my vehicle would have to stay overnight, as service staff was not able to get to it. I was needed the car that evening, so agreed to again drop it off on Thursday morning upon opening where I was informed it was a "first thing in the morning" service. Later in the afternoon, I called to learn how the approved repairs were going, and was advised it would not be completed by the end of the day, and the vehicle was on a hoist and would need to be left overnight for the repair to the A/C compressor to be completed. I had to ask for a loaner car to be able to get to and from work. It appears there was a staffing shortage. I understand how difficult service can be, but thought an appt would help scheduling for repairs. I also understand how busy the service staff was, but would rather not have to keep calling late in the afternoon to learn what plans are, and have to ask for a loaner. The drivers who took me to and from my house and the dealership were very good ambassadors. Overall--happy with the repairs, but thought feedback would be useful for the future.
